  Clean rooms, Excellent staff (friendly/helpful) Location was pretty alright, though really a long walk from Sapporo Station Free wired internet in room - the room and the toilets are large for Japanese standard. the hotel design is classy and luxurious, with very nice city view.

  The front desk staffs are rather helpful when help is really needed. There is a 24hr convenient store accessable through the main lobby area. Plenty of dining options along the nearby main roads and a long covered shopping stretch just next to the hotel.   Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view.
