  The front desk staffs are rather helpful when help is really needed. There is a 24hr convenient store accessable through the main lobby area. Plenty of dining options along the nearby main roads and a long covered shopping stretch just next to the hotel. Walking distance to Odori Park and other major tourist destination like Sappror TV Tower, JR ... vad folk säger » Observatory tower, Former Governor Building, Sapporo Clock Tower, Nijio Market, etc. - Located near the shopping arcade - in fact just next door. There is a bus service direct from the airport that stops on the parallel street. We rolled our luggage to the hotel, stopping to ask the locals for direction.
