Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. -

At 8.45pm, lots of fireworks are lit from the bay which are enjoyed by many folk. Your tariff includes dinner and breakfast - dinner is an authentic Japanese meal and is excellent. Nice clean rooms. Spacious. We have the bay view, it was nice to look out to the bay especially after snowing. Not too far from the main shopping area. You will need a car to get to. Underground Carpark great when it is snowing outside, right next to Aeon shopping centre which is connected to the hotel.
