Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. The room itself was excellent - thoughtfully arranged for a family, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. All hotel staff were thoughtful, helpful and friendly throughout, and spoke both Japanese and English as necessary. -

The variety of the breakfast offered - western, japanese & buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good & very good varieties for the buffet.
It is quite easy with the subway to reach the hotel but also very good value with the taxi option to get to the hotel. -

the English-speaking concierge was on hand to assist with my check-in and was there to help regarding some confusion about my transfer to the airport. Fantastic service, staff are all incredibly polite (as is the usual in Japan) and were always trying to help. -

At 8.45pm, lots of fireworks are lit from the bay which are enjoyed by many folk. Your tariff includes dinner and breakfast - dinner is an authentic Japanese meal and is excellent. If you notify the hotel of your arrival time, they will meet you at the station - the hotel is located about 4-5 miles from the station. They will also shuttle customers back to the station

Nice clean rooms. Spacious. We have the bay view, it was nice to look out to the bay especially after snowing. Not too far from the main shopping area. You will need a car to get to. Underground Carpark great when it is snowing outside, right next to Aeon shopping centre which is connected to the hotel.
