  Situated in an excellent location with its own shuttle bus transporting between the hotel and the station, Shinjuku Hilton Hotel offers a wonderful stay. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way.   We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen.   I like the city view. My room is on the higher floor. The night view is gorgeous. And breakfast is included in the price. The staff and service and the Japanese garden are excellent. The room and bathroom are big and clean. Though the location is not that near to JR Mejiro station, and very often we have to take taxi to and from the Mejiro sta... vad folk säger » tion, but given the other merits it can offer, it is acceptable. The Mejiro area is a very nice and peaceful area. Actually we can also use the Edo - A very nice hotel, located in a quiet upscale residential area. Classic grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens. We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and the hot spring bath.

  I've always liked the Cerulean and I have often stayed here for business. This time it was on a vacation. The staff is impeccably polite and go out of their way to assist. Everyone speaks excellent English. It's incredibly clean. It's one of the best hotels in Tokyo, IMO, especially if you spring for the executive suites.   The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner room. One overlooked a nice garden. It was quiet and restful, yet convenient to subway stops and really nice and (seriously) inexpensive restaurants (just beside the nearby ana Hotel, part of the shops which... vad folk säger » are part of the Suntory Hall complex). There are plenty of competitive shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to the hotel - The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.
