  Sunroute hotel is very conveniently located near the Shinjuku jr station. Just 5 minutes walk from the station and you will see the hotel. The hotel is very new and it's not a small hotel.   The location is very good as connected to Shinjuku train station and other train stations. Hence, it is convenience to do the train inter- change.   I loved the beds! They were by far the most comfortable I'd ever slept on in Japan. The Ladies' Twin Room was better than the Single Room though. Very soothing decor and air purifiers included.   The location was spot on - we were close to Shinjuku station and in the centre for shopping, restaurants, city lights and ease of transportation with train and taxi access Staff were helpful, English good and room comfortable. We booked a classic double room and had fab views of city - room 2301. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

  The hotel has free wifi, which is a good thing in Tokyo, where there are almost no free wifi spots around the city.   This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. Whilst I was travelling with luggage this could be stored at the reception area as there is not a lot of room in either the capsule of the small lockers ... vad folk säger » provided which are really just to be used for a small back pack and hanging up of clothes. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. You can even have your underwear laundered and ready to collect in the morning, or buy new ones plus a shirt and tie from reception. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around.
