  My partner and i stayed at City Nutz in 2011 and loved the room we got and the hospitality we received, the drink machine which offers three free drinks was just a bonus! (the rooms are not massive but nothing in Tokyo will be and it was perfect for two) we then stayed with a group of 6 in the japanese room in the same trip which was just as gre... vad folk säger » at, more roomy due to tatami style and although winter the bedding is very warm and this needn't be a worry (we also asked for temper pillows as note - We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv. Very small rooms, not alot of space for your luggage, but it's Tokyo and you you don't get a lot of space for this price. The Thai rest

  The staff were fantastic, even the ones with little English. The room was spotless. Our kids loved the traditional bedding and the staff were also very kind to the kids. Its a reasonably close to Shibuya but work out the easy back streets it saves heaps of time. We checked out at 10am but were not flying out to 8pm. I highly recommend this hotel. - Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch.

  It was roomy, even for three people and incredibly cheap for its great and convenient location. We didn't spend much time in there except for sleeping/showering, but we found all of the amenities adequate with plenty of room for us and our things.   The hotel is in a perfect location and very easy to find, only one stop after Shinjuku which was perfect as Shinjuku station itself is very confusing. Good wifi connection. We stayed in the Japanese style room and it was great value for money the bathroom was compact as to be expected in Japan but it had a bath which is amazing! - Really close to... vad folk säger » Shinjuku area, only 10/15 minutes by foot. The nearest station (Shin-Okubo) is two minutes away and the Korean district offers a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment.   What isn't there to like about tokyo plaza hotel should be the real question. I stayed for 4 nights in the super junior themed room on the 3rd floor with two of my friends and we enjoyed our stay very much. Firstly, location. The hotel is almost opposite Shin-Okubo station (which is on the JR yamanote line). Recommended trips from personal experiences, offered umbrellas on rainy days, helped uncommom requests and even kept me company when I was sitting in the hotel cafe alone one day, chit chatting. Extremely close to the station, on which the Yamanote line stops. Has countless of good restaurants and shopping possibilities, especially if you are into Korean things as Shin Okubo is Korean Town.
