Location fantastic from kawaguchiko station. Centre spot of Mount Fuji. Staff spoke good english, pleasant and helped me with my lost ticket. Staff and people staying there were really friendly. the hostel will pick you up at kawaguchiko station, just go to tourist information and they will dial the hostel for you and someone will come there to pick u up or you can book a time with them prior to arriving. I would recommend K’s house, due to its friendly and helpful staffs. Its location is good, but not the best to look at the mountains. It’s close to the lake and the stores. The good local Japanese restaurant ’小作’ which we had dinner is far from

We stayed at Ichifujiso hotel for 1 nights and we really liked it. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and were happy to assist us when we requested any information or suggestion. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. -

although the hotel was 2 km from the train station the owner came to pick us and retuned us in the next day. the place itself is not new but well kept and maintained. at the time of our arrival we were the only guests in the hotel, which shortly became an advantage, because we had the whole bath for ourselves.

The inn is located at a quite good location, which is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and close to the lake. Also there are two combini stores just next to the inn. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the view of Fujisan from the room was amazing.

Excellent location - you can see it from the train station. Staff can speak English. They have a locked luggage storage room and kept our luggage for us while we climbed Fuji overnight (we had checked out the previous morning). They offer breakfast of toast with jam, juice, salad and unlimited tea and coffee for 180y. There is also a restaurant for dinner. Rooms were large with fridge, TV, large cupboard space and hangers.
