  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find.   Hotellet är en vacker liten pärla med fin atmosfär. Bra rum (vi bodde Ifyrbäddsrum som visade sig vara två rum, en dubbelsäng I det ena och tvåenkelsängar I det andra). It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice. Boat taxis are so easy. - The friendliness and helpfulness of thestaff as well as the cleanliness of the facilities were outstanding. The decor of the hotel was very notable. The whole experience was marvelous.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful.   Very good location, only 20 minutes away with the vaporetto(waterbus) from the San Marco Piaza.Eaven at night a vaporetto is avaible. So you dont have the bustle of downtown.
