Valter och Katrina är det perfekta värdparet för B o B. Vi fick ett jättetrevligt mottagande. Blev möta vid busshållplatsen och sedan serverad kaffe på den lilla innergården med blommor , bord och stolar. Rummet är stort och fint och badrummen också. After flying into Marco Polo airport and getting our luggage onto the Alilaguna ferry, we really appreciated knowing that we would be met at the Lido ferry terminal. Our host gave excellent directions for how to get about by bus for the rest of our stay.
The room was perfect, very clean and spacious, and the shower very hot - great after a long day sightseeing in Venice. Internet access was easy in our room too.

The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.

We chose the Lido for our Venice trip as we wanted a place that was a little bit reomved from the hustle and bustle of Venice city. It is only a short ferry ride away from Venice itself so is actually perfect for someone who wants to visit Venice but wants to stay away from the crowds. The Villa Gabriella was a comfortable place to stay and was walking distance from the main shopping strip. It is located right next to the beach and the children loved that.

The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful.
