  Michaele the owner was the loveliest host ever. His advice on where to eat, visit , ride and what to do in the area was amazing. He went out of his way to help and make you feel at home. The lounge area was perfect around the log fire, and Michaele's hospitality was first class. I have never seen such a clean and well maintained hotel. The day spa is a mu - In an 8 week tour of Europe we found the best welcome, care and attention to detail at this hotel, as well as the very best food. The hotel is a fantastic mix of English and Italian, and the dedication to the needs of the guests is rare to find these days -a true jewel to be highly recommended

  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. And the brea... vad folk säger » kfast was incredible (and included in the price!). We took ours out to the garden and enjoyed an enormous feast. They even brought out hot chocolate f - The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is 10/10, just on the banks of the river. The breakfast is very good if you like Italian breakfast, if you like warm food for breakfast you will be disappoin

  The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. The entry is a bit dark which was a little off-putting at first, but it really is more about the use of a lot of dark ... vad folk säger » wood and paint colors in the decor. My bed was comfortable. Sheets were nice and I had 2 pillows, plus a heavy blanket in the closet. The wifi which - The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning. The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

  We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was and how nice the restaurant was. After a tough day, we came in late and the restaurant still seated us despite it being after the kitchen closed. The rooms are nice with good sized bathrooms. My room was spacious with a safe large enough to hold my laptop. Nice large shower. Good continental breakfast selection and very good food for dinner.
