The location is fantastic, surrounded by about 30 hectares of open farm land. Yet it is only 10 minutes away from Mantova, 35 minutes from Verona, and 30 minutes from Modena .... By car obviously.
Hospitality is 5 star plus and the rooms are very spacious, clean and elegantly furnished.

She gave us ideas of what to visit in Milan and how to get there.The breakfast area is spacious and the selection is more than you need. After a day of dodging heavy traffic and sightseeing in Milan, this B&B is worth gold.

Rocco and his wife are absolutely accommodating and friendly. They picked me up at the airport at 11pm at night and delivered me back the next day. Provided tea on arrival and some snacks plus a delicious breakfast!! Perfect for a 1 night stop over when you need to be close to the airport

Fabulous! There is certainly magic at Rossosegnale, from the moment we
entered the front door. Everything had its rightful place in the house,

were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if

Well organises, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the owner very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was lots of space and the apartment had everything you might need in it. Although on booking it was suggester that use of the kitchen would cost a further 15 euros, it was immediately made clear that there would be no supplementary costs.

One of the best hotels we have yet stayed in: excellent location (right in the middle of Livigno), friendly and efficient staff, clean, functional and beautiful room, excellent breakfast, free (and good) WiFi. Because it is a no-smoking hotel there was no hint of that horrible stale smoke smell one so often gets in other hotels. -

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
