The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We
were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if
we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is
very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is

The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning.
The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was and how nice the restaurant was. After a tough day, we came in late and the restaurant still seated us despite it being after the kitchen closed. The rooms are nice with good sized bathrooms. It is right on the lake next to a crew house, which was nice to watch. It has its own parking lot. -

Hotel is just outside of Varese, directly at the lake of Varese. My room was spacious with a safe large enough to hold my laptop. Nice large shower.
Good continental breakfast selection and very good food for dinner. Service in their own restaurant is very good, but it is closed on Wednesday evenings.
