The man who works at the reception was very very helpful to us. Not only did he help carry up all of our luggage (which was alot for 3 people), he also assisted us to call our hire car company as we can't speak Italian. He continued to try to call and get through to them for the whole time we stayed over 2 days and also sent an email for us.

Given the price, the location of this hotel is incredible. It's a 10
minutes leisure walk through a nice old streets of Milan to the Milan
Cathedral. The possibilities for breakfast/dinner are great since
the hotel is in the center and few cafés are few minutes from the hotel.
(I personally recommend Happy Café). The personnel was very friendly,
knowledgeable and helpful. We received various valuable tips for our
stay at the city which we all used and liked. Also, the room was big,

Fabulous! There is certainly magic at Rossosegnale, from the moment we
entered the front door. Everything had its rightful place in the house,
including the beautiful petite red lift. It was hard to imagine the
place as a messy garage in its previous life. Congratulations to Raoul
and Alberto for turning their vision into reality. We thoroughly enjoyed
the breakfast of boiled eggs, homemade jams, cakes and biscuits. We were
sorry to have missed both the hosts when we left, but despite the heavy

Family-managed hotel is about 1 km off the famous Certosa di Pavia - a real diamond in the European architectural treasury. I could see it just from the front yard, some rooms have this view. Restaurant-pizzeria has wood oven, food is simple, inexpensive and very tasty (I tried mussels, pizza, caprese –all was perfect). Locals reserve tables. Very easy to get (by car) to Milan (20-30 min), but try to avoid “tangenziale”. Would stay again.

I stayed in Prenditempo 3 times in March and April. twice one night and once two nights. The BB is in a quiet part of the city and yet a walking distance from the railway station (just some ten minutes) and ten minutes to the main street of Bergamo. Very convinient. We had a pleasant stay at Prenditempo. The room & bath were spacious
& clean, sweet breakfast was served (italian pastries, cereals,
coffee, ..), the staff was polite & helpful with everything
including storing our luggage for a couple of hours after the check out.
Prenditempo is located in a quite zone, a 10-15 minutes walk from the
railway station. Definitely recommend this B&B to fellow travelers.
