It is a cosy and very relaxing place with beautiful garden around, a lovely terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Nice for couples and also for families with children. The hostess is helpful and attentive. We booked this hotel for one night, but the place was so charming that we decided to stay more time.

The owner was great and it was lovely to speak with her about Venice and the local area. Whilst it may not suit everyone I liked the location and a local bus all the way to Venice and the peace at night. I also had a garage to park my motorbike in and enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was beautiful and perfectly appointed. It was immaculate and breakfast was delicious and extensive. The hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and so gracious. - Room was lovely. Bathroom was particularly good compared with other accommodation in the area. Breakfast was excellent.

The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. Staff are very helpful/ friendly and I suggest this

for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a

The hotel correct address is Via Terraglio 15, Maestre as the coordinates or the address provided under Important information from letsbookhotel.com (Via Terraglio 94, Venezia) are incorrect. Otherwise the hotel is modern, room is very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The bus stop to go to Venice is very close. If you are driving you can park across the street from the railway station from where you can take the train to St. Lucia station in Venice, this way you do not depe

Utmärkta förbindelser med Venedig och flygplatserna Treviso och Marco Polo - It's very good positioned - the bus station is at 50 m, can take to Venice in max. 15 minutes. The staff took us in without trouble even after arriving at 3 a.m. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Venice by bus. Free private parking for the hotel is also a great plus. Remember, this is Italy, so don't expect all the customs to be the same as in other countries. Overall, I highly suggest this hotel.
