  The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. Well done and keep it up! - We loved all about this Villa, it's perfect for a short or long stay in the area. We left our car on the safe parking sport and took a bus to Venice, which was extremely convenient. Accommodation was clean and spacious, with a beautiful terrace.

  the hotel manager was excellent, very friendly, and made our stay wonderful, he even let us use his own computer, he gave us a detailed map as to where to eat and great directions for the bus into Venice. The villa was exactly the way it appeared on the web site! Marrismo is the perfect Italian host on call 24hrs. Bus 12 to Venice is a snap, almost from the door. Make sure you note the bus stop name for your return.   We liked everything. The staff speak English as well as Russian (for those who dont speak Italian). The owner was so kind, that gave us two parking spaces for our cars free of charge in the property garden and the staff was so nice, they provided all the facilities what you need including fridge (to keep baby food), boiled water (to prepare baby f... vad folk säger » ood and tea). For those travelling with babies or children Locanda Cavalli is the best option. The property is located in a really quiet street, maki - Friendly and comfortable place in Mestre we used this as a base to explore Venice and surrounding areas from. The place is modern and air-conditioned with double glazed windows, very comfortable. Easy walk to nearby "Voltourno" bus station which is easy to get to town and to Venice on. Difficult to get a bus timetable anywhere though with connections etc. We took the T1 from Voltourno to Columbo (2 stops) then onto the 4L to Venice.

  I liked staying in Mestre. It was quiet and only a 15 to 20 minute bus ride to Venice. The bus runs quite late and is only a block and a half from the hotel. (#2 bus on via Piave) The building was secure and the neighbourhood felt safe. The young gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. This is great for the independent traveller that... vad folk säger » does not expect to be coddled. Clean and basic. I would definitely stay here again. - Good, clean apartment. We spilled coffee over the bedclothes right down to the mattress. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. He came up and changed all the bedding and washed the bed! The place was cleaned every day. Location was alos very good. Near bus stop and train station with good access to Venice, Verona, Padua, etc. Free safe and wi-fi and good security for the block.
