It is a cosy and very relaxing place with beautiful garden around, a lovely terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Nice for couples and also for families with children. The hostess is helpful and attentive. We booked this hotel for one night, but the place was so charming that we decided to stay more time.
The breakfast is varied. Good coffee.
The owner was great and it was lovely to speak with her about Venice and the local area. Whilst it may not suit everyone I liked the location and a local bus all the way to Venice and the peace at night. I also had a garage to park my motorbike in and enjoyed the breakfast.alla recensioner »
Massimiliana, the owner is really friendly and helpful, she gave us plenty of information and helped us planned our day. The B&B is 25mins away from Venice centre, there's a bus 2min walk away from it which makes it very convenient. The breakfast is good and filling.

Large grounds, bathroom was spacious. Clean and tidy room.
The second double room had WC with bathroom not inside but across the hall. It was ok with us but we were a bit dissapointed that the price stayed the same as for the room with all facilities inside.
All was good but just make sure you check the times that you can gain access to the property when you initially arrive as there is not somebody able to grant you entry at all times of day or night.
The shower takes long to become warm.

Far away from Venice;20/25 min by bus, difficult to find. Mestre is not very nice but easy to get to Venice and less expensive.
- The surrondings of the hotel was very quiet, scary.
A little difficult to get someone to turn up to get into as all locked up and not always someone around. A little off the trail and not that convenient for public transport. We arranged for a twin room, but had a double bed and a couch made up as a single bed which was very uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't that great.
