The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe. The bath is small, but completely adequate and the hot water supply never faltered.

The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks.

Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice .
