  Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great.   People have complaints about the reception speaking English. We had no trouble communicating with the staff, even given our limited Italian.   The location is great, close to the city center, the museums and also to the train station which is at a 10-15 min walk. The room was spacious, very clean and confortable, and the staff very proffesional, ready to help or advise in order to make you feel as welcome as you can. We probably had one of our best nights of sleep there. We could easily walk to all the prime locations. And the host was lovely, helpful and very kind. I would definitely stay there again!

  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

  We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. We found everything we need in the kitchen to make our own meal and breakfast. The staffs are very fr - We stayed at the Benvenuto apartment and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better

  The location is perfect! The room was big, even though we did not have a bathroom in the room, we had to go trought corridor, it really didn't bothered.
