  Location is great, 3-4 min to all attractions. We didnt have any Problem with booking, easy handling. Huge plus is parking garage in the same bilding which is at least 2 times cheaper then the other ones in the center. Room is simple, clean, we had a balkon which is great. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night.
