The location is great, close to the city center, the museums and also to the train station which is at a 10-15 min walk. The room was spacious, very clean and confortable, and the staff very proffesional, ready to help or advise in order to make you feel as welcome as you can. We really loved having the provided breakfast at the nearby cafe! The atmosphere in the morning is amazing, the place is full with locals and the products are freshly homemade. My husband and I had a great night at B&B Le Seggiole. Nice, clean design. The bed was super comfortable. We probably had one of our best nights of sleep there. We could easily walk to all the prime locations. And the host was lovely, helpful and very kind. I would definitely stay there again!.
The person taking care of the B&B sent us an e-mail two days prior to confirm our arrival time so that she would be there. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The location could not have been better for visiting the old city and the museums.
The hotel was perfectly located to discover all areas of Florence and surrounding areas. Didn't need to use public transport as we just walked everywhere.
Accommodation was basic - no frills - city accommodation but was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The boss of the hotel is very kind-hearted and responsible. Because of our mistake, we came to the hotel very late,in order to let us check in,She went a very very long way in very very hot weather.And by the way,she is a very beautiful girl,truly.

a block away, was tasty, but not a full meal. The location was decent,
we walked everywhere in Florence.

The B&B was on the third floor. Not a bad climb with no luggage but with luggage it was a minor challenge.
The room had no Air con and in summer heat this made it uncomfortable. The hotel was on a road that had traffic on throughout the night so with the windows open to keep cool it was very noisy.
Breakfast was not in the hotel and was at a local café just a minute walk. Only got a croissant and a coffee or tea which wasn't much really - more of a snack than a meal.
Almost nothing except the airconditioner.The room we booked has no AC.
The shower was kind of small. The location was a bit tricky to find,
have a good map along!.

Extremely hot during summer. Open window do not helps because other issue is raised: noise from the street.
The street is not marked/named on most city maps, but if you remember which streets it is in between it is easy to find. We also struggled a bit to try to open the front door.
For some, the stairs may be difficult, not a problem if you are not too heavy.
Poor breakfast (one cup of coffee and a croissant, ohh yes, i forgot to mention the glass of water). The BB is on the second floor, which is a hasle for heavy bags ( no lift).
Up two long flights of stairs. We had heavy luggage. Just warn us ahead of time that there's no elevator!.

You should be aware that as people wrote before this is on the secound floor and if carrying heavy luggage this could be an issue.
Bathroom, not very clean room, elevator doesnt exist, poor breakfast.
- Main light in the room did not work
- This is supposed to be a bed and breakfast but we only got breakfast one day because they start serving at 8:30am. Quite late for travelers who have full days and need to leave early.
