  Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise. The saff is amazing at is a kosher breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and synagogues. They have a very good air conditioned.

  Staff were friendly and welcoming, Andrea gave us really helpful advice on places to visit, transport, and where to eat which enabled us to get the most from our short one night stay in Venice. There's an authentic coffee shop across the road with an amazing Venetian coffee at Eur1.20! I couldn't believe my eyes. Quite a local neighbourhood, so you can get a sense of where local Venetians go if you get up early in the morning for a walk!

  We loved everything about Ca' Gottardi. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Fabio was a delight, and Luke must be the most friendly and positive Italian guy we have met on our trip :) The room we had was one with a view (ask for second building) and required walking up some stairs, but we did not mind!   Allt! Personalen är jättetrevlig, hotellet är litet och ligger trevligt där några rum vetter åt en liten kanal och några mot en öppen plats vilket ger dagsljus in i rummen. Vårt rum, som vette åt båda hållen, var både rymligt och häftigt inrett. Inget rum är det andra likt - vilket vi gillar.   Bra läge nära "allt" samtidigt som hotellet ligger lite avskilt. Personalen var trevlig, personlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var jättefint med utsikt mot kanalen.   We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable.   We enjoyed our stay in Palazzo Vitturi. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good. The hotel is positioned very conveniently at an equal distance from San Marco and Rialto. We had a late arrival but the staff was very friendly and helpfull and we did not have any problems.   The location was fabulous! Only minutes from the vaporetto stop and San Marco plaza. Our room had a small balcony over looking the rooftops with a view of the Grand Canal and the towers of San Marco plaza. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop.
