  Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise. The saff is amazing at is a kosher breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and synagogues. They have a very good air conditioned.

  My partner and I just spent two nights at the Hotel Arcadia and are glad we decided to stay there. It’s a delightful small hotel, with 17 rooms, and was lovingly restored by owner, Luigi and his wife, Simone, about 18 months ago.   Very cute, excellent location,and very clean. Fantastic value for money (we paid 34EUR/person/night for three nights). Air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was also very good, some hot food and interesting jams. Room was a bit small, just enough to fit a bunk bed, a sink, and a closet, but it was okay. - free fast internet conection

Fabio was a delight, and Luke must be the most friendly and positive Italian guy we have met on our trip :) The room we had was one with a view (ask for second building) and required walking up some stairs, but we did not mind!   Allt! Personalen är jättetrevlig, hotellet är litet och ligger trevligt där några rum vetter åt en liten kanal och några mot en öppen plats vilket ger dagsljus in i rummen. Vårt rum, som vette åt båda hållen, var både rymligt och häftigt inrett. Inget rum är det andra likt - vilket vi gillar.   Loved staying here - would go back again in a heartbeat. Andrea, the owner goes the extra mile. The reviews are true about this man - just lovely. A real authentic experience. Great location - far enough from the crowds, but walkable to everywhere. We loved Venice and staying here was a large part of the reason we loved it so much. We have now been tr - The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location. The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall. Andrea is a good host and very helpful.

They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!
