Location : 15 Minutes walking from Railway station but hotel very close to waterbus station
Rooms : Clean , modern and very new room with all accessories. Wifi included.
We got a room which had a balcony overlooking the street and canal - really nice view.
Staff: The hotel is run by a couple who are very friendly and helpful.
Food : Breakfast is ok.

This is a wonderful B&B on the main walk from the train station. The
sister's who own the property are very friendly and helpful.
Although you are on a main street the windows are totally sound proof so
unless you open them the room is really silent. It is easy to find if
you take the Vaporetta to S. Marcuola (the Casino stop) You just walk
through to the main street then left and watch for the numbers. There is
a small brass plate with the name. Depending on your room the wireless
might be

I picked this place because it had a backyard where you are served your breakfast's and you can just sit out their after a full day of walking! Our room was on the main floor, which we were next to the canal. It was a great location to walking to every where. The Casino was very close, lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and very large bathroom with a tub and shower and glass enclosure.

The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.

This B&B is located very closely to the train station (5 min. walking) and bus station (10 min. walking). Also the water taxi stop Riva di Biasio is only 2 min. walking distance. The couple Sergio and Marcella are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. Also they let us keep the luggage in their house after checkout while we were sightseeing. Quiet area. Definitely would come back to this plac
