The staff were very helpful, the hotel was a bit old fashioned, but clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. thew conceirge was very helpful looking after our bags and being attentive to us and the fact it was my wife's birthday. the comlpimentary bottle of champagne and little cake were very much appreciated. - fabulously comfortable bed, gorgeous big bathroom, excellent jazz band in the hotel's Mint Bar

This hotel was quite nice. The public areas were well designed and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very nice. The bathroom was updated.
We ordered room service and it was all quite good.
There was an ice machine on or floor.

Jurys Croke Park was not the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at, but it was the best stay ever, especially due to its professional employees. Everyone, from the reception to the cleaning ladies, did their work *perfectly*, and the hotel itself was also in very good shape.

The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating; we arrived early morning and were guided to breakfast.
