  The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep. From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room.   Fantastic hotel, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. A lively pub also makes a great change from a stuffy hotel bar. Spa facilities excellent although treatments a bit pricey - overall this hotel far exceeded our expectations. - Stayed at the hotel cause of family wedding.   Vi tyckte hotellet var så bra att ve bestämde oss för att stanna en natt till. Eftersom jag är 71 och ibland har gångsvårigheter uppskattde vi hissen trots att hotellet inte hade så många våningar (vi bodde på andra). This time my stay was only for 1 night as I was busy visiting Family. I would definately stay here again and next time I will ensure I give the Spa ago. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and Breakfast was of a very high standard. - Top class hotel, great for money being a strong point, excellent friendly and efficient staff, loved everything about it and will definitely return. Well done to everyone there. P.s the christmas card we received just prior to our visit was a lovely gesture. Thank you for a most enjoyable and memorable stay.

  I loved the facilities, pool sauna gym etc. We booked an evening meal in the resturant were the food and service was of the highest standard.   The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.   We were travelling with 3 children from 18months to 15 years all were accomodated and enjoyed their stay and we had the luxary and good food but could also relax as the staff were great and the restaurant open to children of all ages. A pleasure to staff at this hotel and would certainly revisit with or without children as also a great venue for a ... vad folk säger » weekend away. - A great place, close to City Airport. Lovely room, good food (though rather pricey), very welcoming staff. Only there one night but will definitely use again.
