  Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

  Reception med personal. När jag där framförde mitt klagomål på restaurangen kompenserade de mig omedelbart. Jag kände mig mycket väl bemött där trots det ligger det andra kvar i mitt minne. Jag var på conferens där hotellet stod för merparten av mina utgifter. Det anvisade hotell Hilton (där konferensen var) var fullbokad. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. The staff were very helpful and pleasan to dealwith. And another nice touch, parking was free for our weekend stay.Bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel.   The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.   The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. As people say you get what you pay for and the amount I paid for two nights (which included a fabulous and varied breakfast) was definately value for money. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.

Eftersom jag är 71 och ibland har gångsvårigheter uppskattde vi hissen trots att hotellet inte hade så många våningar (vi bodde på andra).
