The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed

From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Limerick doesn't offer very muchbut the hotel made the stay amazing and we stayed only for one night.The room is great, the view is marvellous, the spa is so good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly from first impressions at check in and right throughout our stay. Restaurant was really good with a very high standard of food and service. One of the top 3 fine dining restaurants in Limerick in my opinion. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
