  Pleasant stay, comfy beds, quiet room, pleasant staff, would stay againand reccommend it tp friends, it came reccommended to me by friends whohad stayed previously. - location, location, location. very clean and tidy. room small, however made good use of space. cool decor. food fantastic!!

  Nice hotel close to the university. Very friendly staff and good service - The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed ... vad folk säger » our room was lovely and cosy. The rooms were exceptionally nice - bright spacious and nicely decorated. There were lots of areas within the hotel to sit and relax and have a chat. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. Full marks to all concerned. Michael Hegarty, Galway

  The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class. Booked a single but got a room with a double and single nice room with an offer of tea to my room anytime I wanted to call for it for no charge, also complimentary newspaper in the morning which was nice.   The position of the hotel was fantastic and it was central for everything..shopping centre only 5-10 mins away...The view over the river shannonn was brilliant too and plenty of great irish bars near by. - I have staid in this hotel about 6 times all ready and i think it is exellent.   Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel has limited parking and a deal with the nearby car-park for overnight parking - open 24 hours. Nice bar downstairs, open late for residents. Breakfast included juice and boxed cereals, and an order from a limited menu. I had the mini breakfast which was a small-portions fry up, perfect really as the full Irish... vad folk säger » I always find to be too much food. Cannot remember if there was a vegetarian option. Overall very good value for money and right in the heart of Lime - The staff were amazingly helpful, they couldn't do enough for me and my family. They arranged a car space for my husband and literally stayed on the phone giving him directions to the hotel. One member of staff got into the car with me and personally took me to the car park underground. The staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good also.

  Extremely friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fantastic price. Beautiful campus with lovely stalls, places to have food. Brilliant bus service to concert. Everything made very clear to you in polite , warm, friendly way. Better than any hotel experience I have had to date. Kitchen facilities were very useful. Good shops on campus for supplies. Nice campus for walking in. Regular bus service into the city, so didn't need to use car at all. Really good value for money.
