  Very helpful and courteous staff, breakfast was excellent, the shower was awesome in business class, location of hotel was excellent and withing walking distance of several key sites, security of key cards for elevators, provided an extension cord at no charge. The public areas were well designed and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very nice. The bathroom was updated. We ordered room service and it was all quite good. There was an ice machine on or floor. There was an underground parking garage attached to the hotel.

  Arrived after a long journey was made immediately welcome by door man and reception -reallly could not have been more helpful. Was upgraded on check in to a superb suite with terrace overlooking city and river -just superb . Real quality Hotel with some really nice touches-breakfast freshly cooked and superb. Staff great. - The staff were excellent... vad folk säger » and the room was lovely. We had a balcony overlooking the Temple Bar which was a really nice touch.

  One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel. The location is super with being right in the centre of Dublin but also nice and quiet at night. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The purple and white colour scheme was very much to my taste and the ability to dim the lighting was a lovely additio - Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city
