  Staff was very friendly. Prior to my arrival I emailed the front desk about transportation from the airport -- they emailed me back immediately with the bus to take, where it drops me off, and how to get to the hotel from there. Upon checkout, I was able to leave my bags at the front desk and they provided me with a taxi to the bus station. Even better, the hop on-hop off bus - The Belvedere Hotel was close to the centre,of Dublin a couple of minutes away walk. The room was quite and very clean and breakfast enjoyable, you received a discount if booking breakfast when you arrive. Lifts available so you don't need to carry bags. We got a very good last minute deal for the night. There is a pub bar/food connected to hotel.The hotel has entertainment shows on weekends. The hotel is very closely located to entertainment, food, sight seeing attractions.

  The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed.   Got a bit of a fright when we went to check in it was a hostel office but thankfully we had our own apartment in a block. Very convenient to the city centre around the corner and Temple bar was just across the bridge. Had a lovely breakfast in the Batchelor Wok next door and was cheaper than the Arlington Hotel.The apartment was completely silent ... vad folk säger » even though we were in the city centre did not even hear a car passing. Not a sound out of the neighbours and had even a patio with garden furniture. - I really liked the staff, super friendly en laid back. Appartment is nice and cosy. Great couch for chilling out.   Myself aged 31 and my mother of 65 years of age were looking for somewhere fairly central but away from the noise and that's just what we got! 10 minutes straight forward walk to shopping locations, Temple Bar, Central Bus Station, The LUAS and Connelly Train Station. Also the airport shuttle stops right outside the door at a cost of only 6 Euros... vad folk säger » per person. A perfect budget location close enough to everything and away from the noise of Temple Bar! Staff were even kind enough to let us store o - We found the Ripley excellent. We stayed there initially when we arrived in Dublin, then after touring Ireland for two weeks, we stayed there again before leaving for Wales. Would not have done this if we were not happy. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with everything on offer, and able to have as much as you wanted, if you needed it. Great location in access to the city. Taxis at door. Yes, the immediate street corner seems a bit dark and dodgy, but we we
