  Over many years I have booked friends & business colleagues into this city center however this October, I made a quick long weekend trip (Oct 13) to Dublin & stayed at this hotel myself. Friendly reception staff (all Irish ladies) & my single room (a 'small' double) was at the back of the hotel, away from the busier main road. Lift to second floor, down 2 steps, then a flight of stairs to a mezzanine 1+1/2 floor - up 2 steps, then another walk m - Buswells Hotel is very well located for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin. At the same time the hotel is situated in a very quiet spot in the heart of the city, and you can sleep your night in peace. Lovely old-fashioned atmosphere, friendly staff and very confortable rooms. Bar and lobby are welcoming. Ask for a room with a wifi. I recommend very warmly this hotel to visitors who wish to have everything at their reach in a couple of minutes, and to sleep peacefully at night. You get from the

  Excellent location, excellent staff. The room was dated by American standards, but with a nice modern-looking bathroom lacking only an electrical outlet. Breakfast very good, served in the downstairs restaurant. After our first night at the hotel, a serious plumbing problem that apparently had been developing over many years, came to light. A few minutes walk to Grafton Street. Only about 10-15 min walk to Temple Bar -area or The River Liffey. Very friendly staff. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

  Trinity Lodge is a fantastic find in the heart of Dublin. With the reduced rate we got through LetsBookHotel.com we were able to enjoy my Birthday in Dublin with plenty of cash left over to spend on Grafton Street (which is a one minute walk away!). Also, while breakfast is served across the street, it is a very nice setting with great service...... vad folk säger » ...loved the free drinks on arrival also - nice touch! - The hotel is centrally located (half a block to Trinity College) and within walking distance of nearly all the sites, restaurants, and pubs. There is quick, easy access to the hotel by bus from the airport. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. I recommend the hotel highly.

  The hotel is in a great location, minutes walk from all the main city centre areas. We had a huge and very comfortable double bed which was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpul. We were there with a 5 month old baby, who at times made a bit of a racket, however the staff were great with her and made a big fuss of her. The car park was s... vad folk säger » ome 200metres down the road, this wasn't a problem for us as there is ample roadside parking to load and unload as required. I'll be staying again. - The bed has to have been one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! It really was great. Staff were very pleasant. Location was also brilliant. Most of all, though, I got a last-minute deal which was really good value. Oh yes, one other thing - there was a lovely little ceramic teapot in the room, a lovely change from having a tea-bag in a cup and I appreciated this very much!

  Excellent location (right in Temple Bar), pretty new building, good price / quality ratio. Despite earlier comments WiFi worked great (we stayed at the Essex Street penthouse, it might be different for other apartments).   This hotel was incredible. I stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite. The attention to detail was beyond compare. This establishment thought of everything, right down to the chocolates. Very small,boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. It was quiet, even though it was in the heart of the Temple Bar area. Could not ask for a better location. I do have one request please, a bat - personnalized service - convenience of location . large room . I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .
