The staff were very helpful both at reception and dinning areas. We arrived early in the morning at 10.00am and the reception staff checked us in and held our luggage in their store, they told us to return at 14.00 hrs and our room would be ready. The beds were comfortable & the shower had good pressure so lots of
hot water. There were also lots of power points in room which is always
a bonus for travelers. The breakfast service was fast and the food was
good - best hot coffee I've had on my trip. I cant comment on other
meals as we only had the breakfasts. Good central location. You can get
a coach from the airport to O'connell street for €7 one way or €12

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.
The location is super with being right in the centre of Dublin but also nice and quiet at night.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Bra läge, fräscht - Bra pool och träningsanläggning. Det fungerar bra att gå till Centrum för att shoppa och äta (tar ca 15 minuter). Dyrt att parkera bil fanns ett garage ett par minuter från hotellet 30 Euro dygnet ( i princip det bästa alternativet). Rummet hade en dubbel och en enkel säng vilket var utmärkt för vårt behov. Loved this hotel...read reviews concerning it on your website before booking and saw that all criticisms were small...I would have absolutely no complaints about my stay at this hotel...the staff were obliging...so nice...parking just outside the door...realy clean...wonderful value...I will go back to this hotel again...and would recommend it high

Jurys Croke Park was not the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at, but it was the best stay ever, especially due to its professional employees.
