  The staff were amazing, so friendly and really helpful running up to the weekend we were staying there. Eamonn was helpful and gave us good advice on where to in Galway. The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent. It was just off Eyre Square so everything was a stones throw away. It was our only accommodation in Ireland that provided everything as promised, with a central location to boot. Chris and Eamonn at the front desk were both fantastically polite and helpful.

  Lovely hotel and very well located! Only one girl on duty on the day we left and she had to do Reception,cook and serve breakfast and wash-up singlehandedly and she did it with a smile. She is only there a short time and was very helpful.   Absolutely everything! I am a travel agent in Ireland, so I know what to expect and was not expecting a lot from a hostel. However, the reviews looked good and price was great. I was so impressed by the staff, the provision of towels, the location and most of all by the apartment that we stayed in. In Sleepzone, they can show you what to do in the city, recommend restaurants and pubs and sell you guided tours to other places nearby Galway. Besides, the common areas are very clean and organized, specially the kitchen. A very simple breakfast (bread, jam and juice/coffee) is included, but it was more than enough for us.

  I had a wonderful 4 nights here. It's an incredibly homely place, with glorious thick carpets, a welcoming breakfast room and generally a fresh, modern and bright feel throughout. I had a single room up at the top of the house, facing the back.   Mary is such an excellent hostess with sincere loyalty to her guest and has a wealth of knowledge to guide us where ever we wanted to go. The breakfast room was a nice way to start the day with smiling faces and good conversation.   Theresa was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and warm. The breakfast was lovely. Theresa cooked an early breakfast on our last day, we had an early start to meet Dublin flights.   We were travelling with a very young 1 1/2 year old and the owner (Shauna) was fantastic to us, allowed us blend food for the kid in her kitchen, she washed the blender and sterilized his bottles, had a baby seat ready for him during breakfast, prepared a travel cot for sleeping. That was testimonial to her sincerity. Her mother also had beenagreat help to us in finding restaurants and music venues.

  The stuff was brilliant,always ready to help us with everything we needed, they also helped us to organize the trip the cliffs of moher and aron inslands!they kindly let us check-in earlier. Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day. Despite the weather being cold the room was kept at a lovely temperature. Sharon, the lady of the house, was very pleasant to us and helped us out with any requests. Friends of ours that stayed

  Great location - on Salthill Promenade and within walking distance of Galway city centre and restaurants. We had a large, comfortable room with stunning views of the ocean. The bathroom no smaller than many of the B&Bs we visited and spotlessly clean. We would return should we find ourselves in the area again. - The White House is located only about a kilometer to the west of the Spanish Arch and so it does not take very long, (it can easily be walked) to get into the restauarants and shops that are are around the area of Quay Street in the town centre, The hotel is like a good standard of B&B although the breakfast is charged seperately but at a very reasonable rate.

  It well decorated and spotless clean. It's not far from Galway centre, it took me only 20 minutes to walk. If you end up taking a cab from eyre square it' costs around 8 euros if you want to compare the the prices with the guesthouses in the town centre. I would recommend this guesthouse to everyone, it's good value, comfortable and very clean. There's also a nice kitchen in the hall so that you can make tea / coffee whenever you like. 4. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. 5.
