  My husband and I had a fantastic trip. Laymen Bridge Guest Hose has the real country feel which is exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location to drive the Ring of Kerry, St Valencia and The Dingle Peninsula. Killorglin is a likely quaint little place with a few shops, pubs and restaurants.   The location was beautiful as was the house, placed in the side of the river overlooking the mountains. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless. Fergus and Delia were excellent hosts, they had time for a chat with each guest. Fergus recommended the Bunker pub for a steak, it was excellent and a perfect end to a lovely... vad folk säger » day. The breakfast was well received by us both, we were faced with another long trip the next day and this experience put us in a perfect frame of m - We stayed at this comfortable and charming guesthouse in May. We had a wonderful time. Delia and Fergus (and all the staff) were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was well furnished and maintained, The river Laune flows right past the guesthouse. An idyllic setting. Breakfast was delicious - especially the home made bread. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a relaxing time in the area.   The owner was very kind and friendly and helped us get directions to find a place to buy me a new coat (I left mine in Portmagee). We came in late, but she was very helpful and kind. The facilities were nice and clean.   The hospitality of the hosts! We felt very welcomed and as if "being at home". Also the nature sounds waking up in the morning and the beautiful mountain view from our room window! The location of the B&B is very convenient and quiet. The size of the room was really great. We had a triple room with a double bed & a single bed and still had... vad folk säger » lots of space to move. The shower was very powerful (not always the case in B&Bs in Ireland) and spacious, too! The WiFi connection was very reli - I spent one night in Westfield House with my two grown up sons and one of their girlfriends. I liked that Westfield House was a very friendly family run guest house within walking distance of Killorglin Town.. The rooms were light and spacious and the beds comfortable. We all enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning which set us up for the day.

  Anne and Finbar were exceptional hosts following an adventureous and spectaclur drive from Kenmare around the Ring of Kerry. Upon arrival they were warm, friendly and supportive in helping us trouble shoot our damaged rental car and arrange for a replacement. This could have been a great hardship, yet they both went out of their way to ensure we h... vad folk säger » ad a relaxing and peaceful evening before heading to the Dingle Peninsula. The breakfast was also excellent comparable to those of our most expensive - This a is gem of a place! The location is great, right by the river and close to the town and all its amenities and has ample parking. Our room looked out over the river and had a delightful sitting area, was comfortable and very clean. Anne and her husband are wonderful hosts and full of local information should you need it. Great location for driving the Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula etc. Breakfast was great too - if you are looking to stay in this area you won't do better.

  Mary is the host and the most wonderful woman you could meet. The facilities were excellent & she was very accommodating to our needs & requests. The views across rolling fields to the Macgillycuddy Reeks was a sheer delight.
