  The friendly staff especially Michelle who worked at the spa. she made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was finished at 10:30 rather than 10:00, which made a nice change and the checkout time was also later than usual giving us a chance to enjoy the leisure facilities again. - Hotel was spotless.   The attention to detail of the staff and the hotel itself was beautifully designed. the hotel romms were beautiful. Liked been shown around the hotel first and my car being valleyed to and from the carpark. clearly great thought went into this hotel. - I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel - very relaxing and easy going - the staff were so p... vad folk säger » leasant and helpful - it was possibly the nicest weekend my husband and I have had for a long long time!
