  Lovely Hotel, Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the Bistro but the food both in the bar and for breakfast was very good.   The apartment was perfect for my family of three! After putting my daughter to bed, my husband and I could still relax and enjoy an evening in the living room rather than hiding from her view in the bathroom. The staff was wonderful and so friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. Also the location made it so easy to walk right into the heart of ... vad folk säger » Galway. And if you don't feel like walking into the city, you can enjoy the view of it from the amazing patio. We will definitely stay here again when - We absolutely loved the location. So close to shopping, city sights and the bus station. We also loved the size of our apartment. Our daughter is living in Galway and we were able to entertain 7 of her friends. She was also able to stay with us for the duration of our stay. The free parking garage was wonderful also as we rented a car for 3 days and didn't have to worry about parking. Last but not least, the view of the city and Galway Bay was spectacular!

  Room was brilliant and beds were luxurious. I am very critical usually but this hotel room was perfect in every way. The price was very reasonable. The hotel was central and easily found but car is needed.   The staff were amazing, so friendly and really helpful running up to the weekend we were staying there. Eamonn was helpful and gave us good advice on where to in Galway. The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent. It was just off Eyre Square so everything was a stones throw away. It was our only accommodation in Ireland that provided everything as promised, with a central location to boot. Chris and Eamonn at the front desk were both fantastically polite and helpful.

  Firstly the location is ideal for a city break, walking distance to all the top restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels. The room was basic with an Air condition unit for hot and cool air, worked perfectly with only a very low hum .   We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids.   Absolutely everything! I am a travel agent in Ireland, so I know what to expect and was not expecting a lot from a hostel. However, the reviews looked good and price was great. I was so impressed by the staff, the provision of towels, the location and most of all by the apartment that we stayed in. In Sleepzone, they can show you what to do in the city, recommend restaurants and pubs and sell you guided tours to other places nearby Galway. Besides, the common areas are very clean and organized, specially the kitchen. A very simple breakfast (bread, jam and juice/coffee) is included, but it was more than enough for us.

  I had a wonderful 4 nights here. It's an incredibly homely place, with glorious thick carpets, a welcoming breakfast room and generally a fresh, modern and bright feel throughout. I had a single room up at the top of the house, facing the back.   Mary is such an excellent hostess with sincere loyalty to her guest and has a wealth of knowledge to guide us where ever we wanted to go. The breakfast room was a nice way to start the day with smiling faces and good conversation.
