The location to Donegal Town was ideal because it was only a 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, bars and sightseeing yet we also felt like we were in the countryside on a farm. Ard Na Breatha is beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and were separated from the dining room, bar and check-in which gave it a very private feel. This hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed in. The staff dont have to make an effort to make you feel welcome, it comes naturally to them, they were so polite and helpful. The room we stayed in (Executive) was out of this world, it was deff value for money and i would reccomend anyone a stay here, they wont want to go anywhere else! The food

Donegal Manor is an excellent place to stay. Every one of the staff and the owners were courteous and friendly. The large open fire, ready supply of freshly baked cakes and bread and the round the clock tea and coffee facilities in the welcoming and comfortable reception area were fantastic, and included in the booking price. This was my second visit to the Donegal manor , the standard of the rooms and the breakfast is that of a 5star hotel ,high standards through out the owners are very friendly and welcome you nothing is to much trouble . very short taxi ride to Donegal town at a small cost of between 6 and 7 euros which the owners can arrange for you will most defently be back amazing value for money would highly recommend.
