  Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated. The Spa was world class in fact one of the best spas I have visited especially loved the thermal suite concept..... vad folk säger » . - everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

  Staff friendliness, excellent customer service, fantastic hotel, fantastic food. Really made our stay as nice and relaxing as possible and will be back for another stay soon. ps.
