Staff was lovely and friendly, I called to change my reservation from one day to the other and there was no problem at all. - "Suites" is exactly what it is.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tralee Holiday Lodge. The room we stayed in was larger than expected, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly. The hostel is in a great location, and is very clean and tidy.   Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.
