everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

Probably the best hotel stay I've ever enjoyed. The breakfast is definitely the best breakfast I've had anywhere in the UK or Ireland - simply amazing. The spa is great, with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lap pool and cold water soak, all kept fastidiously clean. The room was very nice, and the view was spectacular. First rate, across the board

A very friendly, comfortable hotel. We have now stayed there 3 or 4 times and would certainly go back. It is always a good sign that most of the staff have been there for quite some time. - I loved the fact that the hotel was in the heart of Killarney. The hotel was beautiful and quaint with a beautiful open fire and fresh flowers everywere.

A 5 star hotel, superb and at an excellent price. Lives up to its description. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful..We were welcomed both in English and in Irish which was refreshing (and it wasn’t just the cupla focal). Our every need and comfort was catered for. Room was spacious and comfortable.Food was excellent. Well done. I won't be staying anyplace else next time I'm in Tralee.

My friend and I and our two little girls came to see a show in Killarney and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel .The food was lovely and the staff were very good especially the lady that was on duty at the front desk on fri last. 16/1/09 .She is a major asset to your establishment. We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff.
