  My sister and I stayed for five days in this lovely comfortable home of a very frinedly lady, food and detail to our every need was given. Just enough distance from the town which was just a short straight drive from the beautiful town of Killarney, a most enjoyable holiday. Ann was very friendly and helpful; the room was lovely with a view over fields at the back and the en-suite was perfectly clean. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and Ann went out of her way to serve whatever was suitable for her guests.

  Peter was a great host, very attentive and caring, who made you feel at home from the moment you walked in. The bed had heating mattress which was nice and toasty and there was a portable heater in the room to warm it up. It was lovely to come back after exploring all day to a nice hot cup of tea or coffee in the room. Location was along the main road and about give minutes from Killarney town centre. - This B&B is very good one with a delicious breakfast, small but clean rooms with good beds and very very friendly owners. The house is five minutes away by car from the city centre. As we wanted to drink a beer in a pub the owner drove us into the city centre. Beyond that we always were invited for a coffee or tea as we sit in the living room watching TV or surfing in the web. That's much more than standard. We'll come back again! Thank you!

  The owners were very friendly and obliging to give me an early breakfast of exactly what I had requested. Also they gave me a reduced rate on my room as I was only a single person.   We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. The place was both spotless and comfy in equal measures. Some highlights were the memory foam mattress, large bath room, great breakfast, value for money and offer to sleep... vad folk säger » on as long as we liked the next morning! - We had wonderful time. Joan is very kind,very good to give advice and treat everyone like special guest. We got bigger room with king bed. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast very nice. Very happy with location. It 2 min drive from Killarney,not too close to all crowd. Really nice. We'll be back for sure.

  This B&B is located in beautiful farm country and surrounded by mature trees and landscaping. The B&B itself is part of a working farm. The house is a grand old farmhouse that is decorated beautifully. Everything in the house is spotless. Our room was very large, comfortable, and immaculate.
