The staff were very helpful, the hotel was a bit old fashioned, but clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel was also in a very good location, excellent transport and the pool area was very good. - Very nice and helpfull personel. The price was good and the location was reasonable with plenty of free parking. The guy was friendly and did his best to welcome us. Breakfast was reasonable (tea/coffee and toast) but for the price we paid for the room you can't really expect much more. There was a really good pizza place around the corner called "The Independent Pizza Company".

The manager went out of his way to help myself and my 18 year old son.
Nothing was a bother. He was really good with all of the guests, going
by what I witnessed. I would definitely stay there again. My son is even
planning on going with his friends to the same accomodation - he really
liked the manager.

Location near the light rail system was perfect for getting nearly
anywhere in Dublin. Apartment was modern and spacious. -

I liked the hotel decor. Though my room was small like most europeanhotel rooms the room was charming. The breakfast was very good and Iappreciated getting to order a hot breakfast off of the menu. It waslocated only 5 minutes from the train station which was then only a 10minute drive into the city. It was a 5 minute walk to 2 excellentrestaurants

service and furnishings. Amazing restaurant with reasonable prices.
It's not the cheapest hotel, but if you're looking for
unparalleled luxury, from the moment you enter your room and see a plate
of fresh and very delicious macaroons laid out for you, then this is the
place! We took my mother in law and stayed in a family suite and had a

Myself and my 4 children stayed overnight and I found the hotel very family friendly; my children thoroughly enjoyed themselves therefore happy kids happy mother. - Family room was huge. Biggest one we've stayed in yet. Kids loved the pool. Very clean overall. Well located close to everything. Would highly recommend.

The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating; we arrived early morning and were guided to breakfast. We had trouble with our rental vehicle and the reception staff, and in particular the customer service manager went out of their way to help, even using his car to help charge up my battery so it would jump start. - from the outside loo
