  Allt var bara bra. Den enda miss som blev var att vi hade beställt ett rum med dusch ej badkar, eftersom vi hade en handikappad med oss. Det blev med badkar men det löste sig ganska bra ändå. - All pleased. Place. Price. Personnel. Service. Rooms. Cleanness. - comfort

  Superb location for Miskolc-Tapolca cave baths. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the man in charge of check-in / out.   A good hotell located in a nice area of Miskolc with serviceminded and friendly personnel. - Everything. The hotel, the location, the friendlines of the staff, thefacilities. I really did have a wonderful time and have nothing butpraise for the hotel. I should like to give a special mention to thegirls on reception, particularly the small girl (I d... vad folk säger » idn't catch hername) who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful with my manyrequests for information, and also Rita and Ivett. - Swimming pools, location, air condition in the apartments
