  The food is sensational. Chef Victor Varga is seriously good. The monastery is a quiet retreat with comfortable monk cells that have been converted with mondern furniture and bathrooms. There is high speed internet in common areas and many interesting loft and library areas. There is a television room. This was my second visit - A perfect place for a relaxing weekend in an enchanting atmosphere! Everything is top-level: service, cleanliness, food and room design. I strongly recommend having a dinner at the monastery, the experience won't be full without it.

  The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Spacious rooms. Just over one hour's drive from both the fantastic city of Vienna and also Bratislava (...a big contrast between these cities!).   Why stay at the Austrian side when you a few km away can have a wonderful panzio and save a lot of money? Great setting in a historic town. Great starting point for wine trips to Deutschkreutz or Rust am See. They have good restaurant (not haut cousine though) and you can have a wine tasting in the garden area. Nice and helpful staff. GREAT omelet... vad folk säger » for breakfast - even they called it scramklet egg! - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included with the room) was incredible - a delicious and fresh "made to order" full service meal with lots of choices. The secure parking for our car was terrific. And "beer garden" area was very pleasant (we had just drinks and didn't have a chance to try the restaurant).

  Nice atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings. Room balcony. Sense of history even though only 25 years old.Amazing choice of breakfast buffet - The staff members were very helpful and friendly and the food includedin the half board rate was plentiful and tasty.
