  Allt var bara bra. Den enda miss som blev var att vi hade beställt ett rum med dusch ej badkar, eftersom vi hade en handikappad med oss. Det blev med badkar men det löste sig ganska bra ändå. - All pleased. Place. Price. Personnel. Service. Rooms. Cleanness. - comfort

  Superb location for Miskolc-Tapolca cave baths. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the man in charge of check-in / out.   I loved everything. I loved the location. It was in a quite neighborhood and we had a lovely view from our balcony. We came early and had no problems checking in early. The owners are absolutely fantastic! They were kind and compassionate. Within a few days we left crying because it was like leaving family.   Location of hotel is very nice, close to termal cave bath. It is quite clean. There is free parking behind the hotel. ATM is in front of the hotel. Breakfast is ok. - We've stayed in the new 4-star part of the hotel. Nice design, clean and comfortable room. Personnel is very helpful. Nice area and enjoyable wellness part.

  The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Great food service and nothing was too much trouble when asked for additional requirements for our young son. Local grocery store and chemist close by. Apart from the annoyance of the noise from the restaurant, we would go back again. - Staff was friendly and food was ok.
