  We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of fruits, a bottle of wine & water. The bed was comfortable and the bath... vad folk säger » had jacuzzi in it also. The staff payed attention to a lot of details, it felt like we got a personal treatment. The pool was great, not too cold! Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

  Near the airport, large and very well appointed room, we booked a seaview room and thought it well worth it, superlative breakfast includingan orange squeezing machine and Cretan specialites with a notice sayingwhat they were.   The views were spectacular, the rooms spacious and kept clean. The breakfasts offered a great choice and staff were very friendly and accomodating - What a great hotel, a cut above others.

  The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great.   The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel looked magnificent and like brand new. Everything was top notch, especially for its price. - We had a lovely room with a good view and were generally quitesatisfied.
