Extremely friendly staff. Got picked up at the airport promptly, despite
missing my first flight. The apartment was rather big, very very well
lit. It is very close (10 min walk) to icc Berlin, which is where my
conference was. The U-bahn line u2 is also a 2 min walk. The Wi-Fi was
extremely fast (~14 Mbps). Herr Rosenhoefer was very friendly and
helpful, and I would really like to stay there again if I go to Berlin!

The hotel was easy to reach by car, and there were plenty of parking spaces around it. The receptionist was nice, my room was large and bright, incl. a modern en suite bathroom. the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

Everything was superb! Fantastic location near the station, you go out
and you can find everything you need at few steps. Huge and cleaned
apartment with 2 bedrooms, a small but fully equipped kitchen, big
bathroom, and 2 fantastic sofas where you can relax with your friends.

We have enjoyed staying in Kaiser apartment and to be honest we liked
there everything. The stares are a little bit challenging but it is
nothing to do with apartment itself. Marko the owner was very friendly
and helpful, he made us discount due to some problems in heating system
which was fixed immediately. Furthermore he had provided microwave the
next day we checked in. We will definitely book this apartment again
during our next visit in Berlin.

The flat was very clean with plenty of space and lots of wardrobes for storage. The kitchen was well equipped and all in good order. Rooms and bathroom were big enough for 2 people. In a very convenient area close to the U Bahn stations. The landlord was very pleasant and helpful. Will recommend it! -

I thought the hotel was comfortable and staff nice, also a good breakfast. - Good infrastructure in the area around hotel. Near Ku'dam with lots of banks and restaurants and a good U-bahn connection.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the busy Ku'Dam area. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and curteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from ordering taxis to giving local advice. The breakfast is fantastic value for money - just make sure you are hungry! Dinner was also very good value
