  I always use the AVUS for ICC Meetings in Berlin. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast, food and drink are all very good.   It was our second time in this hotel, unfortunately we didn't get the same huge room as we got for the first time, but it was still nice, cosy, clean. All guys at the reception are really nice and helpfull! Was an excellent experience. The hotel is not sofisticated but very clean, organized and quiet. The hotel is located around 100 meters to a subway station and supermarket.   We were given a huge room which even after we'd stored our luggage (we were touring by car) left us lots of space. The hotel also faces onto a busy road so expected some road noise if you are given either the two largest rooms, which face the street. Other rooms face the rear of the hotel and will be less noisy.

  Everything was perfect. It's a beautiful apartment, big, bright, cosy and you'll find everything you need (internet access, TV, tea, coffee, great facilities, nearby free parking spaces and public transport as well...). Mr Rosenhoefer was extremely friendly and attentive. He took a lot of time to show us the apartment in detail and we felt very we... vad folk säger » lcome. The view also is amazing (there's a balcony to step out if you're not afraid of heights.) So definitely highly recommended if you're planning t - Extremely friendly staff. Got picked up at the airport promptly, despite missing my first flight. The apartment was rather big, very very well lit. It is very close (10 min walk) to icc Berlin, which is where my conference was. The U-bahn line u2 is also a 2 min walk. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast (~14 Mbps). Herr Rosenhoefer was very friendly and helpful, and I would really like to stay there again if I go to Berlin!

  I liked everything!! the owner was already there waiting for us an hour before we arrived, and he was really nice.
