  I always use the AVUS for ICC Meetings in Berlin. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast, food and drink are all very good. It is very easy to check-in and check-out and the rooms are double-glazed as well. It is also very easy to get from the AVUS to the centre of Berlin. - Staff at Breakfast was very friendly.   Good location. Nice residential area with good range of shops, cafe and supermarkets. close to U-Bahn and 8-10 mins walk to S-Bahn. Easy to find. Very clean and tidy apartment. Good having full stove - elements and oven. Good size for 3 friends to share and would recommend to others to stay as base for Berlin holiday.   Everything was perfect. It's a beautiful apartment, big, bright, cosy and you'll find everything you need (internet access, TV, tea, coffee, great facilities, nearby free parking spaces and public transport as well...). Mr Rosenhoefer was extremely friendly and attentive. He took a lot of time to show us the apartment in detail and we felt very we... vad folk säger » lcome. The view also is amazing (there's a balcony to step out if you're not afraid of heights.) So definitely highly recommended if you're planning t - Extremely friendly staff. Got picked up at the airport promptly, despite missing my first flight. The apartment was rather big, very very well lit. It is very close (10 min walk) to icc Berlin, which is where my conference was. The U-bahn line u2 is also a 2 min walk. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast (~14 Mbps). Herr Rosenhoefer was very friendly and helpful, and I would really like to stay there again if I go to Berlin!

  It was our second time in this hotel, unfortunately we didn't get the same huge room as we got for the first time, but it was still nice, cosy, clean. All guys at the reception are really nice and helpfull! Was an excellent experience. The hotel is not sofisticated but very clean, organized and quiet. The hotel is located around 100 meters to a subway station and supermarket. This hotel is real value for money. It s strongly recommend.

  The hotel was easy to reach by car, and there were plenty of parking spaces around it. The receptionist was nice, my room was large and bright, incl. a modern en suite bathroom.
